Hugh K. Howerton has over 43 years experience in the field of nondestructive testing and welding inspection within the petrochemical industry, including vessels, tanks, piping and tubing. He is also knowledgeable and experienced in all aspects of quality assurance and hold ASNT Level III in RT, UT, MT, PT, VT and LT. He is an API 653 Inspector and has experience in Radiation Safety includes over 28 years as a Radiation Safety Officer in the US and overseas. He is also an American Welding Society - Certified Welding Inspector (CWI).
