He is an acknowledged visionary leader with exceptional abilities and creative talents. He is knowledgeable and experienced in all aspects of quality assurance. Over 38 years experience as a Radiation Safety Officer. He is a Past President of the American Society for Nondestructive Testing (ASNT) and an ASNT ACCP Professional Level III in RT, UT, MT and PT. He is also an American Welding Society - Certified Welding Inspector (CWI).
